This painting is a celebration of aboriginal festival culture, where music was used to draw the Creation Ancestors from the home of souls, and to provide the tribe with good fortune and lighting the path forward for the tribe. The Didgeridoo was the voice of the Ancestors.
Original painting owned by the Regional Galleries Association of Australia and currently hangs in the Art Gallery of Queensland in Brisbane.
