Rubik's 360 puzzle. It's Rubik's and it's round.

Six coloured balls.  Three transparent spheres.  Only one solution.
The challenge is to start with all six balls inside the centre sphere with the locking rings open and move the balls into their matching coloured domes on the outside sphere.

This is not the Magic 360 but rather the genuine Rubik's 360 puzzle.  As reported in Cubism For Fun Magazine in November 2009 this is a much high quality puzzle.  Unlike the non-genuine Rubik's puzzle the spheres cannot be taken apart;  they turn very smoothly and are weighted to make the puzzle much more difficult.

By understanding how the axis of rotation of each sphere works you can overcome the force of gravity and invert the spheres to allow the balls to drop through the holes in the inner spheres to lodge in the correct place in the outer sphere.

Turn the black domes to open and close the locking rings.  You can use this feature at any time to pause play and come back to the puzzle later.  This feature is also useful during actual completion of the puzzle but how to use it to best advantage is the question?

Outer sphere diameter: 90mm  Puzzle comes packaged on it's own stand.
No printed solution supplied but there is an animated solution published on the official Rubik's website http://www.rubiks.com/Rubiks%20360/In%20the%20news.aspx  And Rubik's 360 puzzle even has it's own Wikipedia page that has a picture of the solved puzzle  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rubik's_360
