Hook - Cast Puzzle released 2009 Difficulty Level 1 The two entangled pieces are exactly the same in shape and very simple. They look like hooks used to hang things. The pieces can be separated and connected, in a fascinating and magical series of movements. This puzzle is not particularly difficult being rated at level 1 out of 6 but the solution is all the more elegant for it's simplicity.  The cast puzzle was invented by Finland's Vesa Timonen.
