Postage & Delivery Options

If you can order it from the web then it means we've got at least one of these items in stock. We do our best to keep the website as updated as possible but just in case we don't have the quantity you order we will be in touch by email.

Don't forget to check your email next day in case we've had a question or query on your order and cannot send it for some reason to ensure these are resolved quickly.


We will post your puzzles within 2 business days although generally if you get your order in by noon on a business day we'll post that same afternoon.
We do not normally email delivery confirmation however if we are not able to meet this target you will receive notification by email to advise the reason so again Don't forget to check your email next day in case we've had a question or query on your order and cannot send it for some reason to ensure these are resolved quickly.


The delivery charge is calculated on the second screen in the check out process; after you have entered your delivery address and before you need to enter payment details.

Postage times given are as quoted by Australia Post and are approximate only. Postage times are in business days. (ie: Estimates ignore non-business days like national and local public holidays; Saturday and Sunday. These must be added to the estimate given to calculate the actual elapsed delivery time. For example add 2 days to the estimated time for a delivery over a weekend.)


PARCEL POST & EXPRESS POST WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Parcels shipped with the Regular Parcel option are automatically upgraded to REGISTERED POST at no extra cost.
You can also choose to send Domestic Express Post on checkout screen and the new cost will automatically be calculated. Click here for Express Post Postcode delivery zones.
Standard Australia Post estimated delivery times apply. 

Domestic Insurance
If you wish to insure value over 100.00 Click here. Please do not add insurance if you choose Express Post. Australia Post will not accept insurance on Domestic Express Post.


INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL

Parcels shipped with regular International Air Mail option are automatically upgraded to either REGISTERED POST (under 2kg) or EXPRESS POST INTERNATIONAL (over 2kg) at no extra cost.

EXPRESS COURIER INTERNATIONAL - ONLINE TRACKABLE SERVICE

It is possible to get your puzzles to you even faster. And you can track your parcel via the internet.
There are some countries which do not offer online trackable service. Also, delivery times may vary from country to country even within a given region.

We can post your order directly to a third party.
Just complete the separate Delivery Name and Address fields on the Check Out pages. As standard we WILL NOT include an invoice with goods shipped to a third party. We will email a copy to you for your records.
