Design Registration A number of puzzles in the Mr Puzzle Australia range have been designed by Brian himself or by others who have given us express permission to manufacture their puzzle. Some puzzles are covered by an Australian Design Registration. Registration of the design protects the visual appearance of our product from reproduction by others who are unauthorised to do so. Product Design Registration is certified by the Designs Office of IP Australia. Design Registration is intended to protect designs which are applied industrially rather than a single artistic work where copyright protection applies. Details of the inventor, Australian Design Registration number where applicable, and other history notes are contained on the Presentation Card which is packaged with each puzzle.
