We do sell puzzles manufactured by other Australian Craftsmen. These puzzles are shipped from us, not directly from the original Craftsman, and therefore checked by us before shipment to you. In the event that you feel a puzzle is faulty please do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange for it to be returned and exchanged. Note: A puzzle is not necessarily faulty just because you cannot solve it. We guarantee that all our puzzles are solvable.
