Rubik’s Cube is still making the news!

Recent news updates:

The World Record Academy recognises Sub1, a robot created by Germany’s Albert Beer, has solved the Rubik’s cube in 0.887 seconds.  This breaks the previous Guinness World Records world record of 0.9 seconds thus setting a new world record.

Puzzle enthusiast Tony Fisher has built a 1.56 meter, 100kg, fully functional Rubik’s cube in a bid to claim a Guinness World Record for the largest fully functional Rubik’s Cube.  He hopes it will be recognised soon.  Watch him solve it
