To solve the Pocket Cube you’ll have to discard all that learning of the standard 3×3 algorithm and start again. With the axis off centre and two different size segments, when scrambled, the puzzle creates all kinds of strange shapes. You’ll find it quite difficult to get it back into its original 2×2 format. There’ll be lots of moves you want to make but you can’t because some of the corners are glued together and you can’t turn them. Just another hurdle to work through to solve this one!
Another very nice puzzle bought to the twisty puzzle world by Uwe Meffert.
