Tetrahedron: A four sided solid; in this case a triangular based pyramid.
E.T.Johnson patented a wooden version of this puzzle in 1940 and FUN Inc. Chicago produced a widely known plastic version of it in 1956. It’s in every Sciencecentre you’ve ever been to!! Is it too simple to have in your puzzle collection?
